Action Sports Park - Main Entrance (Zone 1)

Further to the refurbishment of the park’s main entrance monuments (ie. plane, locomotive and army tank), these will be secured and maintained as a visual backdrop to a new action sports park.  As a result of public engagements activities in 2019, the City has learned from local skateboarders, scooters, bikers and inline skaters their interest in a plaza style park with integrated landscaping which lends well with this site.
