Fire Service Review
The City of Moncton Fire Department (MFD) has a proud tradition of assisting residents and effectively responding to emergency situations.
The MFD is comprised of a team of dedicated full-time administration and firefighters. The MFD responds to emergencies and calls for assistance from five fire stations.
In our ongoing efforts to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our community, we are creating a 10-year community-driven Fire Master Plan to guide operational improvements and enhance how services are provided throughout the community.
To accomplish this, we have engaged the Emergency Management Group Inc. (EMG), to assist us with this initiative. EMG is a consulting firm that has worked with many fire departments in developing their fire master plans, station assessments, and fire service reviews.
To successfully gather feedback, we need your assistance and ask that you take the time to complete this survey. Your confidential responses will help to ensure focused action that continues to meet the diverse needs of all residents.
